Pros

The data industry has the margins to pay for talent. There are (and have been) talented people here that do great work.

Cons

Management has limited vision. Management is good at harvesting businesses but not at new product development or market leadership. The company is run by the CFO with the CEO being little more than a figurehead.

Pros

Flexibility to work from home for situations that warrant it prior to the beginning of 2016, when the privilege goes away. This year they gave shares of restricted stock to their employees which vests in a year.

Cons

Not competitive in the market to retain good talent. VERY minimal investment in their employees - an example is if they scheduled a (long) lunch meeting, you were expected to eat before or after and they wouldn't shell out the $100 to feed you. Implemented a new policy to begin in January where work-from-home is prohibited - no exceptions. They've lost a lot of long-term talent due to this. Middle management consists of micromanagers with bad attitudes. IT and Business has yet again become an "us-against-them" dynamic. Offshore resources are not invested so software quality suffers.

Pros

Truly a top company in the industry with a recognized name. Benefits are better than average. Appears to be a vested interest in allocating resources to improve products that are being delivered to the client. There is a sense of value for the clients. It seems that upper management is aware that there are many aspects of the company that could be improved on.

Cons

This company is in constant Flux and overall employee morale struggles to remain high with the constant attrition. Even as a top producer, there is no sense of job security if your role doesn't not perfectly align with the company objectives for that moment. Everyone is replaceable, and there is a huge disconnect with Senior Management and employees. Communication can often be bottled necked and employees do not feel valued or feel that there voice is being heard.
