      Pros

      Its the people you work with that make this company tolerable. I have very few complaints about anyone I worked with over the last 5 years. Exciting products to work on at times.

      Cons

      This company does not care for it's employees. The benefits are not great, which speaks to me in how much they care for their people. Project ideas are run from outside the direct team involved and carry unrealistic expectations and out of this world budgets at the expense of frequent layoffs. When they fail, it is not surprising when red flags and issues were spoken of often, by many people. A tone deaf CEO, socially silent to current events, and a disregard for its people culture.

      Smart people Flexibility Opportunity to learn a lot of tech tools & practices

      Cons

      So many of the most talented people have left in the last year due to the corporate tone toward covid. Execs took a very hard line ‘business as usual’ approach that burned everyone out & forced people to return to the office before it was close to reasonable. Pay is below market rates. Lack of true diversity.
