Great benefits The people who work here are incredible. They have to be to take care of these patients You know your team has your back no matter what Although the hospital can’t help everybody, when it does help someone it’s like magic. It’s why you’re here.

This that don’t work the floor, management and administration, make terrible choices without knowing about the functions of the floor Staffing crisis made this place very dangerous with the staff to patient ratio

They provide very good insurance.

Cons

I have worked here more than 20 years, and it seems Covenant does nothing to keep us here. They gave across the board raises to minimally experienced nurses ($30/h base rates). These nurses are within $3 of my base salary. I don't begrudge the nurses for getting adequate pay, but this was a slap to the face of seasoned long-term nurses.
