From an operational cash flow, operating at cost or at a loss. Little concern or interest in sustainability except as it relates to cost control in operations. Primarily due to the focus on the "next thing" and having access to capital to fund those endeavors be it new construction projects or new initiatives such as virtual health services.

Too much red tape to complete projects, told repeatedly to do more with less at the cost of patient care. Micromanaging is rampant in my department. Telework is frowned upon for corporate employees to save a buck, even during a pandemic. But it depends on who you are whether or not they will accommodate special requests to do telework.
