Pros

Not too many, can develop skills

Cons

This company has a big bullying problem from staff on up to the Director level. Mangers show favoritism and nepotism is a big issue. It's a high school mentality.

Pros

Front Line Staff generally are good, doctors are too. Equipment is updated. Rooms are clean. There is a nice parking garage.

Cons

The benefits and HR policies suck. No sick leave, insurance formulary is bad. Basically expect you to come to work when sick. The leadership seems stuck in the 1980s and is dependent on California, since Covenant is only part of system not on the West Coast. Computer systems are antiques, running Windows 7. Cafeteria food will kill you.
