No bonuses, the better you are at your job the more work they give you. Managers have their favorites and shady clinic supervisors that do not care about staff and make people feel worthless

Understaffed, underpaid, poor work environment--especially with co-workers, do not notify us in time if we are added to the schedule last minute, minimal breaks, work hours are not like in description, drama.
