Pros

Starting rate was fair but little value if you're not working

Cons

Offered a F/T position but no promise on weekly hours. Could be none or just a few. Had to delay training due to my moms critical illness. Offer was revoked. So much for compassion. look elsewhere

At CoventBridge we always endeavor to address employee issues based on facts. So we are responding. This Investigator never started work with CoventBridge. During our recruiting process, we always discuss that hours and assignments can be variable and are dependent on referrals sent to us by clients. We only hire full-time Investigators in areas we believe will support, on average, full time hours. In this case, the Investigator advised us before his new-hire training, that he had an unspecified family matter to attend to and he delayed his training. After several inquiries by the Investigator to others in the company about “the hours he would get”, our recruiter reiterated to him the initial discussion regarding availability of hours. The Investigator did not respond. After several attempts to reach the investigator, without a response, we rescinded the offer. “Not Even and Option”? To the contrary, CoventBridge is indeed an excellent option for our many hundreds of dedicated investigative professionals throughout the country. However, it’s not for everyone. Our performance standards are high, and we favor people who are self-motivated and responsible, which we feel is best in service to our clients and our team.

Pros

Good benefits. Plenty of work for everyone. Supervisors can be flexible with hours if you have other obligations.

Cons

Too much last minute mandatory overtime. Management changes the rules and procedures too often. Supervisors expect you to do too many different unrelated tasks while still completing your assignments on time. Supervisors also tries to overload you with last minute work to meet last minute company quotas at the end of the month. Supervisors definitely have favorite employees that are clearly treated differently than others.
