Pros

Gas Card with minimal auto allowance

Cons

Auto Allowance based on working hours not miles. Managers act like you are required to trash your vehicle in hazardous conditions because they offer an auto allowance. Low Hours Unrealistic expectations for Investigators Investigators receive only two paid holidays Investigators don't receive the benefits EVERYONE ELSE in the company is entitled to. Office staff and managers whine about investigators not hurrying up to get work in on the day before "EVERYONE ELSE'S" paid holiday. Lack of organization Process based expectations without outcome based expectations Don't expect a raise No IT assistance for investigators but for EVERYONE ELSE. Investigators don't receive computers but EVERYONE ELSE does Outdated Company iPhone 6's but they just issued iPhone S's No reimbursement for phone equipment No reimbursement for parking or tolls without a receipt Outdated computer software for photos 8 different managers emailing you and calling while you're off work because the company calendar is inefficient and literally no manager looks at it No compensation for phone wait time which is illegal No consideration for loss of investigator pay due to missed appointments Investigators are routinely expected to drive in unsafe conditions

Pros

If you've never worked for another investigation agency, it's an OKAY place to start. The pay is decent and paid for travel past 30 minutes but prepared to work 7 days a week to reach 40 hours.

Cons

Where to start.... -Maybe the worst employee care I've ever seen. Investigators are just names on a piece of paper, and they could care less about the individual. Worked here for nearly 6 years and was a top performer year after year which essentially means nothing. There is no one looking out for you, and when you get screwed over (which you will, consistently) you'll get told the same old response "company policy". -If you carry over PTO and don't use it in time...its gone. They won't pay you, won't warn you its expiring and won't work with you at all. -Be prepared to work 7 days a week if you want to get a full work week -A good friend of mine who was an employee for 15 years at the company passed away...not even a mention of it from the company, had to find out a week later when I called him and his wife told me...crazy. -Good luck getting to know people you "work" with seems like they intentionally try and prevent that from happening. -Only one possible pay increase a year with zero wiggle room, regardless of performance. Raises are minimal as well. -Virtually no path for advancement and this has driven away many good employees

Pros

Maybe a gas card that was it.

Cons

They don’t pay overtime. It’s a blended rate which is illegal in the state I was working. Too much micromanagement and there’s supervisors that never seen the field and they try and hound you about getting video on claimant. No hours too. You have to keep contacting scheduling team to give you a case. I was told I would get full 40 hours and I barely got 20. Terrible.
