Pros

Your fellow field workers, training (ill leave it at that: they do it well: up to others to follow up) and meeting new people, including interview skills. Learn surveillance industry and light claims to interviews you schedule. Good stepping stone including Criminal Justice field out of college or to get your own feet wet within industry.

Cons

If you want to know, learn the ways of field investigation to a loss prevention company including heavy driving, something different every day (not a con).
