- Very structured IT systems, and well defined business processes. - Technology wise is very advance. - A company who cares about environment and take actions in daily operation. - Different IT teams work very well together. - Work life balance is well implemented.

Cons

- China Focus, not as many opportunities as before. Most of jobs relocated to China, or back to HQ. - Certain Departments in Covestro HK is too terrible to work with, with nano management, mean middle management. very bad morale. choose your team carefully.
