      Good company, but very traditional, german and corporate

      Pros

      Very corporate environment with all the benefits like long vacation, good salary, job security. The environment is not very competitive and colleagues are usually very friendly

      Cons

      Inflexible and process-driven, under performers remain within the company, old work force, young employees seldom get enough responsibility

      Pros

      I joint the Company because of the great opportunities which are there. It´s seems to be a start-up with a proven track-record, a long history and 16.000 colleagues. For me it looks like BAYER was kind of a great parenting Company. And from now on I can leave my footprint in covestro´s new era ;-)

      Cons

      I´m sure there are some. But I haven´t met them since i Joint the Company in Nov. 2015.
