Pros

Benefits, some awesome team members; volunter work; pension plan for some; work life balance in some areas; beautiful campus; bonus

Cons

Too political - promotes under-qualified friend of friends; Preaches Diversity, yet aren't inclusive; borderline racists; good ole boy club; Cut throat management team; massive lay offs every year; too much "us versus them"; hypocritical; slow with internal promotions

Pros

Lots of growth -- Market Leader -- Revenues of $20 billion by 2020

Cons

Rotating door -- particularly for marketing and communications -- and that's endemic from entry level to the very top. No one seems to have a clear sense of what's going on in the here and now. Acquiring lots of companies with no strong plan to assimilate the platforms. Chaos!

Favoritism rampant

Pros

Good benefits. If you’re straight out of college good place to start in a corporate environment but treat seasoned employees poorly. Working on inclusive environment with employee run groups.

Cons

New positions not posted but handed out to the directors favorite. Expect to be threatened with being written up if you mention a issue with a process. Low morale because of poor management. Limited advancement opportunities if you are not apart of the directors “in” crowd. Waiting for the next round of layoffs.
