      Great benefits, but leadership questionable

      Pros

      Excellent employee benefits, good pay and company culture makes it easy to buy into. Incredible corporate facilities includes huge state of the art fitness center and dining hall.

      Cons

      Lack of confidence in leadership by many employees. Questionable M&A activity has lead to many employees wondering if we’ve spent our resources wisely, and if senior leadership has the ability to execute on our long term plans.
