      Pros

      Teams of good people with passion to perform well and deliver solid, valuable products.

      Cons

      Last couple of years have been difficult. Constant change and churn. Feels like right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Feels very political. Agile culture has turned into micro mgmt with the incorporation of their agile framework which is modeled after Safe. Just keeps adding more layers and 3 people are doing the same job.

      Pros

      Most peers are good. New hires come in with skills, before atrophy begins. Opportunity; with competent leadership. Nice perks in past but Cox has removed all benefits and seems to count paperclips. What is the Cox families’ commitment to Automotive, vs environmental businesses?

      Cons

      Political. Do your homework about Dealer.com -> Dealertrack -> Cox Auto. Essentially reverse mergers with a tight power center in Burlington. Mgmt advocates creating conflict (advocated in large meetings) to create “positive” inertia. Obvious and basic computer science problems not solved. Top down mandates proposed then disavowed or rationalized with spurious logic- use all AWS SaaS! Passive aggressive management to said direction. Refer to recent position eliminations which make no sense in context of Scaled Agile Framework. Do not believe any complaints about Atlanta focus; which is family and work life balanced.
