      Lots of great people that do the best they can. A new office and the benefits.

      Cons

      The leadership is the worst. The president rules by intimidating the managers and front line workers. Everyone is afraid to say anything. Glassdoor is the only safe way to bring it up. We are short handed all the time and there's no help. Everyday we get further behind. The only answer is fire people and push more work to the remaining people. I used to be proud of my work, not anymore.
