      Once a good company but no longer

      1. Good work-life balance 2. unlimited PTO 3. Lots of great people to work with 4. Good prospects for the future

      Cons

      1. Unstable environment. The company just went through a round of layoffs, getting rid of US employees and keeping offshore and H1B employees. 2. The company is not very communicative and just had a switch out of upper management with the new management not understanding how the company works, not the products as well questionable motives for the people they laid off. 3. While the company has said their layoffs are over the clause for now tells you a lot 4. In a public meeting, management said they were removing waste and hoping to get a bigger return from the layoffs - you have to question those words as the people being let go were high contributors and necessary for the success of nada for last year

      Fired everyone over Vaccine Mandate

      Great salary and benefits, unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Issued vaccine mandate, fired everyone who refused. Denied religious exemptions. Very SECRETIVE about the entire process - some religious exemptions approved, others denied, no one really know who was making the final decisions or why. Required employees to provide personal medical history in order to be approved for religious exemption. Really heartbreaking that they would fire dedicated and high preforming individuals over this - especially given that the company would not allow for any accommodations (work from home, weekly testing, etc.) Should also add - Cox is a VERY "WOKE" company - be prepared for all that comes with that.

      Management interrogates their own staff; horrible training; political and biased favoritism. Impossible working standards; no flexible time off; expect you to be online and respond at all times. Unfair treatment; overworks and overwhelms staff with constant meetings; demanding timelines only to put projects on hold or cancel. Weak hr leadership; micromanagement. Staff has low motivation; morale
