      HR did nothing to protect me against managers hatred .

      I worked here for 9 yrs, never once had a write up or anything. As soon as i was put under a specific manager that had a hatred for me since day one, he terminated me. After several attempts to resolve the harsh treatment i was getting from my manager to the ethics board and HR. Nothing happened. I even tried applying for other positions to get away from him and he purposely made that impossible for me. My manager would ask me if i had a learning disability which is completely wrong, and all the harassment is unfair. Im a single mother of 2 kids and my kids only have me for income. Thanks to this devious lying horrible manager, my job of 9 yrs is no more. So thank you cox for NOT protecting me against his retaliation.

      Being fired for not being vaccinated

      They send you a paycheck

      Cons

      They will fire you with out paying your earned bonus, with out offering severance or help with cobra 4 days after the FDA approved a vaccine even if you are a breastfeeding mom. They are giving 2 weeks to us to get all medical documents gathered and then will get legal team to review to see if you are eligible for an exemption EVEN THOUGH I WORK 100% from home!!!

      Dealertrack was better before acquired by Cox

      New building is great, amenities are nice.

      Cons

      DT was a great place before the Cox takeover. Culture is getting toxic. Hire the wrong people as managers in some cases, who don't exemplify decent values.
