      Pay is decent, work environment was frustrating

      Pros

      The cloud tech I used was very up-to-date and modern. I learned a lot about developing cloud apps. The "unlimited PTO" was nice.

      Cons

      Bad experience with manager. Poorly run team with high turnover. They wanted 60-80 hours worth of work done in 40 hours. The top performer on the team consistently worked into the evenings setting an unrealistic standard for rest of us. If you have children or other obligations, the expectations of this job can be hard to accommodate unless you enter this job with loads of experience. My experience may be largely due to my specific team structure and management. I have never been so frequently insulted and demeaned in a professional work environment.

      Opportunity to move around to different business units.

      Cons

      You'll be laid off every couple years regardless of performance. They make you stress about what's going to happen to you, and then offer you a different territory or a different position a month later. Frequent comp plan changes so you can never get ahead or know what's going on. They know they can put you through the stress and you'll come back because they hold the pension over your head. They send out regular emails about diversity and inclusion initiatives, but still play favorites when they are laying people off, ex: laying off a higher performing black man while keeping a white man that's not hitting goal.

      Pros

      WORK LIFE BALANCE BABY!!!! This company flipping rocks....they way they vette employees keeps the culture running with an amazing growth mindset attitude. "Glass is always half full"

      Cons

      NONE...and if you find one at this company. I would bet my weight in gold the person that wrote the bad review is lazy and has a bad attitude.
