Pros
Lots of great people on the teams. Great PTO policy (unlimited), decent benefits A few GREAT leaders still left near the top (especially head of Autotrader & Kelley Blue Book). The Cox family is great and really seems to care (especially for being one of the wealthiest families in America).
Cons
Layoffs every month during COVID and about every 6 months prior to that. No regards for what the laid-off teams and people do to support the business. New leaders brought in from the outside (Sr. Directors and Directors) have no idea what teams do or even what the goals of the business are they "support" (they are only out to make their own changes with no regards to business impact). The constant fear of lay offs are causing good people to leave and causing very low morale. There is no soul compared to what the company used to have.
