Can have a good work/life balance at times.

Cons

The company is constantly changing the compensation plans for the sales teams. They will adjust pay quarterly to make it harder and harder to hit your goal. They are cutting costs, and doing so by squeezing the sales professionals. I have never seen a company lower the salaries across the board like Cox did for their dealer consultants last year.

Working from home is the only thing I can come up with.

Cons

The goals that they set for you are unattainable. Management does not listen and are very rude and spiteful. Very disrespectful.
