PTO health benefits 401k people you work with are great!

Cons

No real flexibility And if you don’t like micromanagement don’t work here as they will watch your minutes. Unrealistic sales goals for certain groups and if you don’t like constant change this is not the place for you. Constantly have to make sure your not getting screwed over by outside reps and managers..Upper management is weak and all they do is manage up with little regard to their performers. Middle managers try really hard to help but have no power. Franchise dealers are falling off faster than we can sign them up due to mistrust from previous years and poor performance attribution.

Most unsecure job. Constantly changing the job structure and responsibilities. If you're not friends with your manager, they will hunt down a reason to fire you and make sure that you get no unemployment
