Pros
Work life balance is top notch, with unlimited paid time off, a culture of closing your laptop at 5pm and taking days off you need to. The people are generally nice and fun to work with.
Cons
They will pay you as little as possible. When I talked to my manager about the pay gap between me (a female) and other (male) engineers he said I should just accept that that's the way it is and it's like that everywhere. Another engineer who is a TOP performer - gave him no chance to be promoted to senior and did not pay him nearly as much as he deserved.
