Pros

Love my daily tasks. Loved helping other with work loads. Enjoyed everything about it and have fantastic reviews on my work, employee relations, etc

Cons

Watched the company walk out two VP's (same position) over the course of 10 months without notice. Watched one management person loose 8 out of 12 people due to excessively poor management skills without loosing their position. Every day the reporting structure of the organization changes. Everyday there is absolutely NO communication regarding current contracts. DO NOT WORK THERE IF YOU REQUIRE EVEN THE SLIGHTEST FLEXIBILITY. This is not a modern work environment that believes workers can accomplish their tasks from anywhere other than their desks. Instead just a steady message from FT directors that contractors have a reason to be nervous. Very toxic environment in spite of the 'caring' HR message being disseminated. So wish it were a healthy place to work.

Pros

Good pay Good benefits Some teams have great leadership that can make you forget about the companies leadership as a whole.

Cons

The company has shifted over the past years and behaves like a publically traded company while touting it's family first mentality. They claim to invest in their people and do what's right, but will cut corners to save money. Simultaneously touting both your teams performance as all time highs and the company making record profits while also laying off entire support teams that are blowing away KPIs. It's very clear leadership from CCI has taken over CEI and is acting like a team of MBAs and laying people off to save money despite making record profits. There is no Job security anymore. You can be laid off, or have your division divested/sold off at any time for seemingly any reason despite your own, your teams, and the companies performance all being great. Theyve opted to take a form of support employees praise in Chat support and in office support to outsource them to an Indian firm so I expect that will make support worse than before as well. If you like quick money and not job security then it's fine, but do not buy into the "family owned" mentality leadership tried to pitch as that no longer exists for anyone other than leadership itself.

Pros

Good pay and benefits as well as long term incentives (if you can stay). Beautiful campuses.

Cons

Most horrible place I have ever worked in 20+ years. The level of toxicity amongst leadership was like nothing I had ever experienced before. There were no well defined roles leading to people stepping in each other's roles and back stabbing each other at every chance they had. Executives encouraging gossiping within their own teams was the most berserk I've ever seen cause very poor relationships with your own peers. Publicly shaming others in meetings " they called it feedback" was a behavior I have not seen in a very long time. No matter how hard or how well you did your job, they always picked on the negative to give feedback. If you did 99% right, they will call you out on the 1% that was not right. No strategic guidance within their "People" organization. Basically figure out what your job is and then we will tell you what is wrong with what you are doing. Avoid this place if you are at an executive level.
