Pros

Good leadership, plenty of opertunity for advancement, close to the community, long list of values, teams are made up of great people, They pay part of your MARTA expenses.

Cons

No on site child care, office locations are spread out, not enough pool tables or ping pong tables employees can use to blow off steam.

Pros

Great Benefits and if you are good at sales will make alot of extra money.

Cons

call center environment so you have to be able to deal with difficult customers in a calm friendly manner. you can only schedule time off if its available. you are often placed in the technical support que with little or no training. attendence is strict you are marked with an "occurence" if you log in after 2 minute. it can be stressful at times so this job is not right for everyone.
