Employees are treated better than any company I have ever worked for.

Cons

Used the economy as an excuse for some behaviors. Not a good balance at senior level of long-term employees.

Pros

Aspires to be a great place to work. Involved in the community. You get to work outdoors, independently in a fast paced environment.

Cons

Split shifts with only 1 weekend day off. 4 10 hour work schedule leads to long hours. Workload can easily exceed shift hours. Mentor program is more of a QA program, focus is on cleaning up prior techs mess instead of teaching, supporting and leveraging mentor experience and insight to avoid new hire mistakes. Too much work for a low starting wage. Grunt work!
