Pros

Well, you get freecable, kind of.

Cons

You can never get a answer on any thing. If you ask, it is most likely that you will be told to let management or your Team Leader know what u find. They were driven by R.G.U,s an now they are driven by Homecertification witch takes longer to balance hous an equipment, an f.s.r is not given more time to do job there for your point per hr go down or you short cut your job an stick it to the customer an your repets go up. There was a time when f.s.r. could sale the customer on ((free)) internet if you were at there hous an they did not have internet threw cox an you could earn some money that way but they took that away too...THX... This list of things can go on an on an on..

Pros

We have a good work life balance.

Cons

Recently the company's direction has changed from system driven to centalization. Policies and procedures are now being decided by people that have little to no experience in the field. They do not have any idea how things really work at the system level. They are getting little to no feedback from the field and are changing policies without proper participation. Even when getting feedback decisions are being made based on what corporate people think works, again with no real experience. Word has gotten out to just do what they say or be labled as a trouble maker or worse. So system employees are now afraid to speak up. We've been told just to "shut up and do it". Senior management does not want their system to stand out as a problem.

Pros

It's nice we get our cable free, for the most part.

Cons

Micro management to hell, lead you on about career advancement, if you don't know the right people forget it about moving into a new position, favoritism, hypocrisy to the max, unfair treatment for legitimate reasons for being out of work.Very poor management and communication.
