Pros

Good pay and phenomenal benefits

Cons

The hiring process is horrible and training is even worse. The trainer prides himself on the fact that every class he trains files complaints to HR at the end of training, and he's more than willing to sharethis fact. Their attrition rate is 65%. They say their main goal is to get that number down, but when you find reasons to fire employees, that number will NEVER go down. And then they say there was an "internal conflict" but won't say what it was and won't provide any paperwork. This company has an AWFUL reputation across the Omaha area, and they wonder why. Another number that I found interesting that they tell you within the first few days of training: 1 person out of a hiring class of 30 will make it to a year. And 1 out of 10 that make it a year will make it to 3 years, but they say if you make it to 3 years, you'll never leave.... good luck getting that far though. If you want a short-term job where management sucks and treats you like kindergartners... this is for you.

Pros

HOURLY co workers are supportive,as we are all in the same sinking boat, bailing with a strainer!

Cons

There truly are no words that accurately describe the blatant and rampant culture of lies from "Supervisors" and "Management". Hourly employees are intimidated on a daily basis. Raise structure is a joke.Bonuses that used to go to the actual revenue GENERATING employees(The HOURLY employees) have been spent rather on "team building exercises" for Supervisors and Management. Some to include trips to Vegas, white water rafter, paintball excursions, and 10K bonuses paid out to Sups and Mgrs. No allowances are made for actual human issues or problems; If it doesn't fit in the M&Ps...it doesn't exist Absolutely no opportunity for any type of advancement regardless of qualifications.
