Pros

Absolutely terrible place to work

Cons

Manager their is all about getting attention. If you do not flirt with her or show any interest in her or if she feels threatened by your work experience then just forget about it. You will be fired because she has everyone fooled. She' will act like she's your best friend then say the opposite behind your back. I think that store was a joke and from top to bottom was just cliques. She likes boys she can control specificly boys who are always saying yes to her.

Pros

The only pro was the huge sigh of relief I got when I left this company!

Cons

There are so many cons you could fill a prison. This company will drain the life force out of you very painfully and slowly. I wish my experience would've been amazing, but this company did not offer it – even though I consistently met target metrics and sales goals. I couldn't take the constant micro-managing. It distracts from giving the customer the best service possible when you have different supervisors constantly bothering you about making sure to sell HBO and upgrades to a customer complaining they want to save money and downgrade. They don't care about the customer's best interests; they only care about what they can squeeze out of them. After seeing the pressure many reps are under, it makes sense that many customers would call complaining that they are being charged for unauthorized add-ons!!! Oh, and forget about anyone taking ownership of a problem, ESPECIALLY those in charge, because the problem will just be passed along until the customer is so angry that you have to take the call and deal with it so that it doesn't hurt your scorecard! God forbid you have to transfer that angry customer to escalation because it will affect your score, even though you got the short end of the stick! How is that fair? It isn't! You'll also be graded on every word that comes from your mouth. Don't use the words "can't," "maybe," "no," "I think," or the like... because you'll get a poor grade. If it isn't one thing, it's another. There's too much "smothering" from this company; you'll feel suffocated. And when you feel suffocated, all you want to do is escape from this prison!
