Pros

Decent insurance costs, discounted cable/internet bill and nice product portfolio.

Cons

Something has changed in the past 1.5 years and not for the better. Unrealistic metrics, monthly sales goals and you take a hit on disconnects monthly from accounts you didn’t sell. The Cox Business division has been run into the ground and now has a bad reputation.

Cons

Everyone you work with doesn’t care about you. Cox business has set it up for everyone to be shady and fail. Managers lack the back bone to back up the reps while giving customer all the breaks cause they can’t have hard conversations they expect us to have. No ownership or accountability and the changes they make only benefit snakes and then cox pays us less to clean up their work while managers couldn’t hit a single goal if they were in our role. It’s a shame.
