Pros

The benefits are outstanding. Medical, dental and vision on day one. They offer 401k, have a gym, shower, cafeteria, beautiful campus. I have never once been verbally abused by upper management. Free cable and internet. Amplifi points to buy nice things. Free popcorn. Free coffee. Lots of events and food (there were blackjack tables in the cafeteria for customer appreciation week and a DJ). “It’s not about who you know, it’s who knows you” mentality. Hard work is generally rewarded, and if you apply yourself, you’ll move up (that’s what I’ve been told, and I’ve seen people move up). I love the culture, and most people who work there. Management is not only visible but also easy-going and transparent. You can be in an elevator with a Vice President and they treat you with respect and don’t look down on you. This is one of the greatest jobs I have ever had.

Cons

Customers can be awful sometimes (that’s anywhere though). Prices are expensive and most customers will say no when you try to up-sell, because they feel that they pay too much.

Pros

Insurance on your first day. Free Cable, Phone, and Internet. Pretty Campus. Good food but cafeteria is very small. Closes early.

Cons

They have poor air conditioning in half of the building. Very hot inside. Training was poor. The trainer went way too fast and her style of teaching was very confusing. Lots of favoritism. I was being harassed by an employee and when I reported it to my trainer and HR, I was told they would look into it and nothing was done about it. I was also forced to do training projects with this person who was bullying me. Way too much gossip. Management is a joke and they do not care.

Pros

Pay is good, decent benefits, nice bonuses (better as you progress through the ranks,) privately owned. Work/life balance is maintained.

Cons

Lack of support for initiated employees. Limited advancement opportunities. Still too much “who you know.” Poor communication from executives. Lack of decisive leadership.
