Pros

Pay is good and so are the benefits. The company cares about the work life balance of employees

Cons

The job was just soul sucking. I have never worked in an industry where so many people hate you just as a company. I don't know how to fix it however.

With "ROI" not being met for the first two quarters, Cox could care less about their customers. If you're a Cox customer, and you call with an issue, the answer is to always sell you something, not correct the problem.

Turn & burn mindset. You are a replaceable asset and nothing more
