Pros

Awesome benefits, always have overtime available. A lot of PTO available to use. Attendance policy and pay is amicable. Great health insurance.

Cons

Emotional vampire. Takes a strong person to listen to people tell you how much they hate you every single day.

Pros

Decent sized cubicle and even easier to complete the task assigned collecting money . Okay benefits and PTO is good.

Cons

Beware ... clicking is rampant in this department and very much the words you say will be repeated watch them . Matter of fact this part of Cox should be avoided there are lots of other jobs open in the company. Stay clear or you will get drawn in .

If your a technical personal this is not a job for you. If your not big on sales or have zero sales experience this is not the job for you.
