As a field technician having to work with the outside weather elements. Can be physically and mentally challenging at times. Customer service has its tough days. Sales representatives misleading customers about there services and charges.

This job is an anxiety pit. You are talking to 40 plus customers a day and all they do is complain and tell you their depressing life stories and how much they hate Cox. So many people calling in we were required mandatory 4 hour overtime per week and overtime doing this job was absolutely terrible.
