      Used to be great company, not so much anymore

      Pros

      Great benefits, time off and competitive pay. Friendly co-workers, great company vehicles, tools and equipment. Great training and safety.

      Cons

      Limited upward mobility in recent times - company has been downsizing or "re-organizing." Strange new management culture that has some alarming trends. In my immediate group / department I saw them terminating senior employees over policies that were never before enforced. I decided that there was no point in sticking around with this company for the long haul so I moved on when I had the opportunity.

      Opportunity to work from home, nice amenities when you are in the office, somewhat flexible on hours, simple job

      Cons

      Call center environment, performance metrics are based on what's easy to measure not what always makes a difference, big company leads to big bureaucracy, simple jobs also tend to be fairly boring
