- Company culture - Incredibly supportive staff, accomodating - Helping children - Good pay, even pays drive time and mileage - Opportunities for growth and higher pay

- Cancellations, sub sessions can make the work inconsistent - Highly engaging, demanding job best suited to people who love this work

Pros

-Sessions are only up to 3 hours -The families and kids are amazing

Cons

-Will contact you during your time off, including holidays such as Christmas -Will not implement change in schedule requests -Expect perfection and don't offer adequate support -Inadequate training (one week of formal training and then little support after) -Management uses bully tactics and retaliation -Management doesn't listen to feedback -If you resign, they won't give you an exit interview

The training is in the field with the kids, which is amazing. You learn as you go and actually feel ready. I like the TC's they have your back. I feel so supported—they really care about you, not just what you do. Like you as a person and checkin with you. The kids are everything. They make it so rewarding every single day!!!!! The team is awesome—positive vibes all around, and everyone’s got your back. And you can get a promtion at 6 months and I cant wait to help others train. So glad I found Coyne!

Cons

You definitely drive but I hear you get extra miles after 30 miles so that is cool
