Pros

They give you a white Van to drive and a Gas Card . Some drivers take there vans home every night. Some other drivers have public storages and work out of there. They also will give you an iPhone. Customers will give you free food. You are everybody’s favorite Vendor/ Hero when you show up. Cozzini gives you an iphone. When you go into your customers there are a lot of females to talk with. Your local supervising manager is really nice

Cons

During Covid-19 Cozzini has cut our hours to no more that 8 hours and 21.00 dollars an hour. Were as every other essential worker is getting a raise and overtime. Way to much driving you drive a lot. Benefits sucks ! The coverage sucks and cost a lot of money. If you have a family this job is not for you They demand a lot and expect a lot for a low paying job. This job is email after email after email everything is done on the iPhone Cozzini gives you. Paperwork tons of paperwork after you’ve done your paperwork then you have to scan it to your phone and scan it to whoever you’re trying to email it to. They’ve also stripped of us of our ability to open new accounts we do not get paid commission for that no more. Commissions are now when we work on a slicer blade or CanOpener’s And various other programs is what they call it. So you get a percentage of what you’re billing the customer that usually comes out to $.50 to a dollar for every slicer blade. Mind you every slicer blade on a program that is rotating every 12 weeks so if you change two slicer blades you’re getting anywhere from a dollar to four dollars for changing that slicer blade. Cozzini is charging that company $65 dollars to change that one slicer blade. Bull crap. You’re pretty much capped out on your route you cannot make more than $60,000 a year. Constantly rotating drivers in and out drivers quit drivers, drivers get fired. Another con is starting at 5 a.m and the jackets and hats they give you are for old men. Very hard to move up in the company unless you up and your family and move to another state
