Fast Growing Company with Great Intentions

Good Benefits at a reasonable cost, business basically shuts down on the weekends, Senior Management that really cares about the people working for the company.

Cons

Because of fast growth, other things need to catch-up, like a more modern view of benefits and family leave. Having enough help so that drivers can take a vacation with more ease.

I travel a lot but I took this position knowing that I would be traveling so I don't see any cons.

The company is very misleading this say In there ad that as a driver u do routes & delivery but they make u do sales & inventory & invoices.
