Cozzini genuinely puts people first—Mission Statements and Core Values aren’t just words here. Operations and Sales work in perfect synergy, keeping everyone aligned and focused on success. Continuous improvement is built into the culture—day over day, year over year. BDM compensation plans have grown significantly, rewarding performance and growth. Leaders like James Yount, Melissa Long, and Zach Summar lead by example and are truly obsessed with talent development. Incredible environment for growth, learning, and making an impact.

There’s a strong sense of accountability across the organization, but it’s balanced with support and encouragement. The company continues to grow rapidly while still maintaining a family-oriented culture, which is rare to find.

Cons

With growth comes change, and sometimes communication doesn’t move as quickly as the business does. That said, the leadership team is aware and continues to work on improving systems and processes.

Pros

This is a great company with excellent benefits, leaders, and culture. It is not easy to work here, as excellence is a top priority. Negative reviewers most likely didn't want to put in the work. The company regularly provides new equipment to employees, Proper PPE, and innovations to stay a market leader. Hard work is rewarded with bonuses, promotion opportunities, and internal recognition.

Cons

This is a service company, and high quality, consistent performance is a requirement. Failure to hit expectations is not tolerated.
