Pros
Tips were great. Read my cons. I've heard nothing but good things about cracker barrel, but this location will have you crying and quitting. Don't do that to yourself. Apply to another location please!
Cons
Servers bully you into leaving. Steals your tables. Accuse you of stealing tables. Force new people to complete triple of the appropriate requirements in order to leave. Not get tables until 2 hours into your shift. Other servers aren't willing to help you. Only got a 2 days a week. Never trained on slow weekday, only weekends. Force you to clean sections that aren't yours. If you are friends with the hosts, good luck getting tables too! Dont leave until 2-3 hours after your shift is suppose to be over. This is only half of it.
