      Loved my co-workers and restaurant staff!

      Cons

      No help from DM. Asked to do additional projects with no thanks or compensation. Health benefits are very expensive. You are required to work every holiday with no holiday pay. Zero comp time.

      Pros

      Great culture, history and fame with the public. Awesome products, and constant changing and refreshing makes it feel new and enticing. Very good training program to start but not effective in the long run with so many changes and discrepancies between departments.

      Cons

      Retail is an afterthought. Double standard exists and disparity between restaurant and retail. Difficult to have partnership between managers.

      none, literally no pros to working here

      Cons

      It's disgusting. The kitchen is so gross I would never eat there again knowing what I know now. The people tip really bad so you don't even make money. The old ladies who work there are entitled and think that just because they worked there for 15 years they can treat you with disrespect. The management is lazy and doesn't care about their employees. I will never ever step foot in a cracker barrel ever again.
