The customers here can get very rude at times over small things like cornbread or if you accidentally forget an item so be prepared to deal with that as professionally as possible. Sometimes it gets extremely slow so you may make a small amount of tips or get cut from the floor early. It gets very fast paced during rushes and , depending on when you come in to work, you may not get a break for a few hours or youre entire shift if its bad enough. Busy days mean small table sections and more servers so the kitchen is crowded. You have alot of things you have to focus on at the same time such as : running trays, pre-bussing tables, and catering to the needs of your own tables at the same time which is very difficult during a rush causing you to forget something or accidentally neglect your section. Its hard to juggle everything all at one time sometimes. Some of few servers at my location have a bad work ethic and tend to neglect running trays which I feel like I have to help pick up the slack so I'm running trays 70% of my time during my shift causing me to delay service of my tables.
