      Pros

      -Better pay than several chains in the area. -Fast paced work environment.

      Cons

      -Management Favoritism. -Managers can get fired for just about anything. -Company is so focused on keeping labor below 20% that turnover is higher than most restaurants. - Lack of teamwork. - Poor employee morale. - Managers will fire someone if they don't agree with cutting corners on health and safety. - Managers will hide in the office and ignore their skeleton crew that's falling behind during rush hours. - Very bad communication on all levels - New employees are not trained adequately and are put on busy shifts by themselves in critical positions. - Standards and quality vary by manager per shift.

      Mainly good coworkers, some good managers

      Cons

      Pay sucks, no hours, have to purchase several clothing items just to start work. Equipment malfunctions are common. Too many responsibilities for the tiny amount you are paid. No direct deposit until you have been there 30 days, no benefits until you are there one year. Raises are tiny.

      Good tips, especially on holidays. Good initial training

      Cons

      I worked there for 2 weeks and was pulled into the office and told I should lose weight. I'm 3'4, I weighed 125 at the time.
