Pros

Even though the tips are not that great, I always make enough to at least be worth coming in (which I can't say for all of my serving jobs). Managers are easy to talk to, and flexible. Co-workers are nice for the most part. No alcohol (good, if you're tired of drunk people).

Cons

You could make more money working at a bar, if you're willing to put up with the drunk people and late hours. There's a lot of side-work, which is frustrating when you make 2.13 an hour, but it could be worse.

Pros

Opportunity for advancement, recognition for good performance, employee discount on in-store items and food, annual Christmas party for employees and their families, Human resources department good at listening to their employees and sorting out issues, good training.

Cons

Favoritism, no time for breaks, every 3 months you get a review by a member of management, and it isn't always the manager that actually works with you so evaluations of your performance are not always accurate.
