Pros

If you work hard and communicate with the GM you’ll “generally” get the shifts that work best for you. At our location the managers and GM have all been there many years, they’re friendly and do their best to create a family amongst us all. Day shift makes great money and if you have a great attitude your tips hit about 20%.

Cons

It’s a tight fit on the line, the plates are HEAVY, no tray stands, and the lazy servers know the hard working ones will pick up the slack because we know it’s not just the atmosphere at my table that effects my tip it’s your table too.
