Cracker Barrel, a place to not work

Pros

Flexible schedule as long as you work every Sunday and either Saturday or Friday each weekend. Great employee discounts. Generally easy menu to learn/memorize.

Cons

Management is terrible. They hire people who have no business working (because they have a terrible work ethic). Watch out for corporate, because they look for people to throw the blame on, like an escape goat. Sundays are usually a disaster. Everybody has to work, so that means sharing a dining room with 5-7 servers, dropping your section to 2 or 3 tables. When this happens, nobody is making very much money, so they have no motivation to work, so food doesn't get run, side work doesn't get kept up with and it's a disaster.
