      Opportunities for internal advancement. Great benefits. Amazing company. Offers continued education.

      My location has pretty good management.

      Cons

      Not very employee oriented. Their smoking policy is basically, dont work here if you smoke which good luck in the restaurant industry. Their uniform policy is super strict, and since they dont provide starting shirts very expensive for starting uniform. I couldn't find an oxford button up for less than 40 dollars. I think they could at least provide the first shirt since they sell them to employees for 9 dollars.

      The people are amazing to work with, decent hours, relatively understanding management.

      Cons

      Hours normally dependent on status with management, high favoritism within the company, the star-par system leads to even more exacerbated favoritism.
