Pros

Well-established brand provides great compensation, including quarterly bonuses. They also offer decent insurance and life insurance. The manager training program is amazing.

Cons

You are expected to work all the time. All the time. Upper management is never satisfied with your performance and offers very little support. It's a "just do it" mentality. There's also a huge gap in pay and benefits between management and hourly employees, making it difficult to staff and to retain good talent.

Pros

Pay is good. Benefits are ok.

Cons

Most managers have NO integrity. Some districts operate by the "good ole boys" system. If you party or play golf with the DM and GM then you are favored. Open door policy needs to be enforced by DM's. That is a joke in itself.

Pros

The pay and benefits are good

Cons

You really must be willing to give up every aspect of your personal life. You will work EVERY Holiday and work about 80 hours a week during Thanksgiving/Christmas.
