      Pros

      Annual income and bonuses. If you are single with no family and live to work for people who don't appreciate anything you have to offer- this is a perfect job for you.

      Cons

      District Managment staff both retail and restaurant are some of the most morally bankrupt people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Expect no home life at all if you sell your sole to this company. Expect to be berated and nit picked even if you are top 10% of all company metrics. Expect to have lots of promise of moving up but this will never happen. They will sell you a home spun fairytale during the interview process. Just be aware of what your really getting into.

      Loved my work family. They are the ONLY thing that kept me there as long as I stayed

      Cons

      Corporate is garbage. No matter how many hours you work or how dedicated you are, its all about what you look like on paper. Work their poor servers to the bone and expect a positive pleasing attitude. If your thinking about working there, especially as a manager. Don't do it. It will drain you of everything you are as a person. My chest would tighten up just pulling in the parking lot. Upper management will never have your back. On anything. Ever. Working 15 hour shifts for weeks on end without a day off is the norm. I've seen managers cry often. Not worth the stress.

      Pros

      Excellent compensation package for GMs. Very good support from home office. Quality of work-home life balance good.

      Cons

      The position has grown more complex as the company has attempted to maximize profitability and stick price. The company mission is all about What have you done for us lately? No loyalty to long term employees.
