CBOCS believes in their people. Our Mission statement is "Pleasing People" and this does not just mean the wonderful guest that comes through our doors each day, it's the 70,000+ internal guests. The People First attitude that is exhibited at all levels is what attracted me and keeps me energized. The friendly smiles, the caring attitudes, the great benefits and the dignity and respect I receive tells me I am going to be around for a very, very long time.
Cons
If you are not passionate about your work and afraid to roll up your sleeves and work hard sometimes, this may not be the right environment for you. Cracker Barrel is about teamwork and doing whatever it takes to please our guest, so you may sometimes have to step out of yoru comfort zone and learn something new which really is not a con.
