      MEI was a great company, there are a number of really good employees from the MEI days.

      The number 2 in the industry bought the number 1 and is changing everything.

      Pros

      Plenty of work to go around. Lot's of opportunities to move up in the company today. Beautiful building with open design.

      Cons

      CPI is now a huge organization that no longer communicates to employees. There is a real lack of leadership right now. Company transitions and mergers are slow and cumbersome.

      Everyone likes to be very organized they're very friendly and every month they have a potluck a good atmosphere.
